"I found it to be noisy. Too much traffic noise from Jackson Blvd. I was on the ground floor so the people above me on second floor were terrible. They have a large dog and it wasn't unusual for them to run and jump around with the dog at all hours. It is too bad that the young people are taking over. The apartment needed some improvements done. I wish you ever moves in all the luck in the world, they will need it."
