"I've been in these apartments and I really like the layouts and design choices. Stainless steel appliances and private decks in pretty much every unit. Champion Villas is also close to the mall and a ton of restaurants, so the location is great for quickly getting wherever you need."

"Had an appointment to see an apartment went there and waited a good 30 min just for no one to show up. Even called there office to see if anyone was coming and they guy hung up on me. Thanks for wasting my time"

"If I could give a zero, I would. I applied and was accepted. They took my deposit of $1700 only for me to find out that apartment was not available and they knew that. They tried to rent me a more expensive place. They still have not refunded my money despite my many attempts to get it returned. This was a very dishonest and crooked way of doing things. I will not be recommending this company to anyone."

"Not far enough from downtown to be free of crime. My third night after moving here my car got rummaged through and a few things stolen. There are no cameras on the property so you better keep your things locked up. The AC unit is also a cheap hotel unit which is worthless for the bedrooms. The front door to the unit is also child proof because it is so damn heavy and obnoxious. Bring your football skills cuz you're gonna need to shoulder check it every time. Update: Car got stolen."

"Moved out just before new owners took over. Renters beware, they will hold your “refundable” deposit for over a year and then mail it to the wrong tenant even though you’ve been calling every month for the past year. They also stated I would be getting a call from their “accounting department” funny how that never happened. I never officially received my deposit from the responsible party, as they like to ignore my calls and lie about when they’ll call back. Good thing I had the tenants number who moved in after me, who was sent his deposit + mine, and even more lucky that he was willing to make it right for me! Useless company"
