"Wow! Micah saved our butts today and his kindness and professionalism were off the charts, but not surprising once I read all these other reviews. On the way to our favorite campsite we got our Ram 2500 and attached fifth wheel (our permanent home) stuck in the mud/clay that had taken over the road. The back of the truck and front of the RV were sliding left into the ditch and we were afraid to move any further. When we first called Bloomfield, Micah was unavailable so we called three or four more towing/recovery services and none of them wanted to help. But they all suggested we call Bloomfield Towing! Every one. At least they all know their own limits and the right person to call. Micah showed up sooner than expected, was confident that he could tow us out and clearly knew (knows!) what he is doing. He pulled the entire rig to a place where we could turn around and then towed the whole rig through the bad patches. He was kind, kept us updated on his timing and didn’t give any hint of “well that was a silly thing to do”, which probably would have been warranted. Can’t say enough. We’re warm and toasty in our rig at a (different) campground tonight because of him. Thank you, Micah!"
