"Food is not the greatest, Games did not give very good tickets and they are out dated by several years. Several of the games to earn tickets did not work. The restroom was also not up to standards, gaps in the doors of the stalls gives full view of people inside the stalls. Will more than likely not return."
"My mother and I went in yesterday Friday, February 9 2024 for the lunch buffet and from the start we knew it was going to be a great experience. The manager was welcoming and so kind. I wish I got his name. His crew was equally great with all the customers. Greeted us asked if we needed anything else. The pizzas, salads, and pastas were fresh. Very nice variety displayed. The restaurant was very clean. The crew checked in on us. Just an all around great experience. Thanks to the lunch crew and manager working that day!"
"It's so sad that our younger generation don't think they should have to work! This place was fun at one time. The Birthday party we had was pretty sad. The employees did their best with what they had. They were out of a bunch of stock as far as salad ingredients, pizza ingredients. Sodas were limited. None of the games had tickets, only a few games were working. The poor employees that they did have seemed a little stressed but I don't blame them. I will not be having a birthday party anytime soon over there again until they get help and stock. We spent a good $300+ here."
"What a sad excuse of a manager, sitting back as his team struggled. The manager made eye contact with me and closed the door right behind him. There was a line of people & he didn't offer any help to his crew but to go hide in his office. The workers were struggling to get food out but they were all polite & when I asked one of the cooks where the manager was he said he stays in his office, this made me furious for the employees, one confided in me a total stranger that he was ready to quit, the manager needs to get fired for letting his staff down. I appreciated the time the cashier took to take my order as he was pulling pizzas out and managing the front desk. The two cooks in the back were struggling but trying, pizzas were being dropped, it was a mess. My food was fine despite the sour taste the manager left for me to witness of his poor leadership, shameful in my opinion."
"This place brings me nostalgia and the pizza recipe is the same as I remember. Most of the games were broken which was fine as they had plenty of other games that worked. The prizes were lacking compared to other arcades in the area and the pizza was pricey if you're not there for a party. Lots of space on a Sunday evening"
