"At Carquest where I went first, I was brushed off by the guy at the counter. When I went into NAPA it was completely different. Andrea Venzor, Jose Sanchez and Xitlali Moreno went out of their way to help me find the part by identifying another brand that fit. It took about 10 minutes. They are amazing caring people and I hope you get them to help you if you need it. Ask for any of these 3 and you will be pleased to be treated as if you matter. I spent $150 there. and $0 at the Carquest."

"I'm very glad I went to Napa in Deming. José genuinely saved my day! The air lines for my rear suspension's air bags were sheared off by one of my duals after it exploded on I-10 while my gf and I were convoying to FL. Anyway, I needed very specific brass compression fittings for the new lines to fasten to the inflation valves so I could get back on the road. While people at O'Reilly's had patiently tried to be helpful and had half of the parts I needed in stock, José's expertise got me out the door with everything I needed for $3 (and with good quality hardware mfg'd by Gates!). Additionally, he and the others working were very kind, patient, and personable. I'd recommend you give them your business. Hopefully, I'll be back on the road soon thanks to the "NAPA Know How"!"

"Gentlemen working were kind however when I asked if they had anymore of the brand of oil for my car they acted like I knew nothing about cars and tried to give me a run down of maintenance my car needs. Which I clearly already know and it is in perfect condition. I just wanted to pop in and pick up some extra oil. Not get a speech."
