"By far one of the worst experiences i have ever had when it comes to dining out. The older lady with black shirt screaming at everyone that was upset with their service. Multiple pizzas made wrong, dropped, or placed in random spots until they could figure out what to do with them. I stood in a lobby with 5 people waiting for over an hour for their food while the employees just stood in back gossiping about other employees and talking on the phone. There was no sense of urgency and they were showing their frustration to everyone coming in. An hour later finally got my food after asking for a refund and being told “we don’t do refunds honey it’s credit or there is the door!” I decided to just wait for my food when I finally got it the wings had no sauce but ordered Buffalo wings. When I asked if they could make it right she pulled out get phone and called the cops on me and said I need to leave the store… I never in my life have experienced something so low. "Manager is really rude even when she say’s she’s in her “nice” mood. I can’t even imagine what her bad mood is. I work at a hotel(where we thrive on customer service) and we have a contracted pizza plan with them, every time we call she is just plain out rude, sometimes doesn’t even abide by the contract. It was the manager on duty at 4pm(02-27-24). Pizza is good though, thank you to the pizza maker and deliverer. Tread carefully with the manager though."

"I order for a local business and always send our order in advance of a future date. Today is the third time the manager has canceled a prepaid order without so much as a phone call or email. It is not until the delivery time, that we figure out it is not coming. Not only is this unprofessional, but it is also a loss of income to the franchise. I called to speak to the manager today and Glenda refused to come to the phone telling her employee relay that I just put it in online again and pay with a card. I was not rude but the failure to communicate as a business is concerning. This order was placed 24 hours prior, by noon, online, and with a card for 10 large pizzas. The one prior was the same and canceled without cause, reason, or notice. We do a high volume of purchasing for lunches and I will not be utilizing Pizza Hut or the 410 Washington St SE location further."

"January 28th I placed an order at this that night there was two location I've been going to the Washington and Zuni I will never forget the two ladies in there after I placed my order when I got there I was waiting on my wings she was very pleasant had a positive attitude and once I got my order and left I realized I lost my wallet and went back and they took there time to go outside and help me look for it come to find out it fell on the side of my passenger seat they both were very nice I think they deserve a raise I'm sad I didn't get there names but they were two ladies"

"Got a late night delivery after moving all day. Everything was exactly how I ordered it, it was hot, fresh and delicious. Such a welcome surprise when ordering late at night. Driver was friendly and double checked everything taking their time handing off the order. Even my extra sauces were there!!! Most places forget about those!!"
