Domino's Pizza

"Terrible experience and multiple experiences at that. Had a driver drop my pizza off at the wrong house and neighbor wouldn’t answer the door after he received pizza. Called and tried to get my pizza delivered again, then brought me someone else’s pizza and I payed more for mine. Called again , they brought me and old pizza and hung up on me when I tried to request a refund . I tipped 20% too and I just want my money back"

"Ordered from Dominos app, waited 45 minutes, then they canceled my order without so much as a phone call. They’ve delivered to my house multiple times, then now claim they don’t want to anymore. Talked to phone person who says they can’t do anything, then talk to the manager who says she canceled immediately (45 minutes after ordering). So now we’re without dinner for the family. Don’t bother trying to call, because they’ll just make excuses opposite of what they’ve delivered on, and will make no effort to resolve their bad service. Go somewhere else if you want pizza."

"I've worked customer service for more than 15 years and am very surprised with the service I received from the store manager Jamie. I ordered two pizzas at the same time my neighbor did. The order showed dilvered, but it wasn't. I called the store, and Jamie told me I put the address in wrong and that all they could do is cancel it. I looked. I didn't do the address wrong she just canceled my order cause she looked up my neighbors order. Then I ended up getting my neighbors pizza and took it to them while my pizza was canceled. Jamie said well nothing I can do, Im not sure what happened, then hung up on me. When I called back, she said you'll have to order it online again, and it'll take a very long time cause it's New years. Jamie then said I gotta make pizzas and hung up on me again. I'm used to Dominoes making it right when they make a mistakes not blaming the customer and being rude."
