"Had an emissions problem on Sunday in Gallup NM. Found Ace truck service. Monday I went there for help. What a great shop. Told the boss my situation he and his employees obtained needed info from me and they went to work. Less then 3 hrs I was out the door, repaired. These folks care and are reasonable. I strongly recommend. Good business that understands customer satisfaction. ACE is the PLACE"

"We were traveling through Gallup needed brakes worked on. We called Ace Truck repair first thing in the morning. They got us in as soon as they opened. Had it done in two hours and on our way! Every person there was amazing, helpful best customer service ever. Thank you, Ace Truck Repair!"

"Completely Unprofessional, incredibly mean and greedy shop. My truck showed a SCR fault and derated. I called this shop they told me they can check it next morning so my driver stayed over night. Then early Friday morning he was at this shop. After diagnosing they told me that the truck needs a def pump and they gave me a repair estimate of $3600. But they have to order the part and wouldn’t have it until Tuesday. I called my other driver who was coming from Albuquerque to pickup part from the Kenworth dealer and after that I called this shop informing them that I got the part and my driver will dropping part off in 2 hours. They told me they can’t use the customer part even though they ordered the part from the same dealer. I have crucial time sensitive freight and didn’t have the ability to wait so I asked this shop to release my truck and I can take it to a different shop. They charged me $481 to just diagnose the truck. I paid and then they told me that they are on lunch break at 11 am and won’t be back until 2 pm and can’t release truck until then. This was purposeful harassment and a complete waste of time so that I would be able to get to the other shop in time. I sent my truck to the other truck repair shop and they diagnosed and recommend me to change def filter and they fix truck in one hour and they charged me $190 only. Be careful these scammers."

"When the rearend on my 26 year old RV got loud while traveling, I stopped at Ace. They looked at it the same day, diagnosed it & let me know what was causing it. They could not find a replacement Differential so they ordered one made. It was delivered a week later & installed. The bearings needed to be replaced as well & they sourced them over night & immediately got them installed. Overall, they were knowledgeable, timely, accommodating & honest. They do need to work on the timeliness of their communications & giving more information. "Its not done yet" or "we're working on it" needs to be followed with what is causing the delay... They did not treat me like a dumb female, they were honest & upfront and the prices were fair for all the services received. Thank you guys for making my RV safe for traveling in again!"

"The unfortunate thing of having a 16 year old motorhome is repairs are to be expected. That being said, to have the radiator go bad many miles from home is scary…Ace Truck Service in Gallup, NM came to the rescue! Ace was able to source parts, and replace in TWO DAYS! The price was more than fair, and the installation was perfect. We had to put up one night in a hotel and we’re back on the road.
