"First off this negative review is not directed at their actual therapists but squarely at the people who run this place. I'd give high plains 4 stars for their therapists, but the rude and smarmy front desk woman nikki gets 0 stars. The owners just recently decided to more than double, yes that's right, their pricing for their procedures to cash payers. I know we've an inflation problem in this nation right now, but not at 250%. They're just being greedy. $65 for a 1/2 hour massage? What are they, a Bahamian resort spa?"
