"Usually, I have no problems at this office, however, my last visit was not good. As usual, the staff was extremely friendly but I did not appreciate the level of care I received. The nurse Lori, stabbed (a lot of force used) me with a needle without telling me she was about to give me a shot and twirl the need around as she pulled it out of my muscle. I was very puzzled because she seemed nice but her actions were not. I started to make a fuss and report her but she had a sincere look on her face. Although she left a bruise on my arm, I decided to let it go. I am just glad I treat my patients and fellow nurses better. Now, I know not to visit that office anymore."
