"Called and left a message for an appointment as an existing patient. Did not receive a call back. Tried the number 2 more times during the day with no answer. Called the next day and the receptionist/assistant on the phone was extremely rude. Asked me if I had insurance and then told me he was only accepting appointments with a certain insurance carrier. I mentioned that I had left a message and got a very snarky response that she was too busy to listen to messages. Hung up and will find a different provider."
"If you have eyes that just need glasses or contacts he is a good Dr. and that is very thorough. If you have allergies, pre-existing conditions or need real help DON'T GO THERE. I suffer from Keritosis in my eyes and was exceptionally clear about that! When I had my first flare up he wouldn't call me back, see me, ANYTHING! He left me in pain for weeks, then changed my contacts twice. Told me I would have to suck it up and deal with Daily contacts. He flat out REFUSED to see me with three separate flare ups! My vision has been permanently damaged, and I may never be able to wear contacts again. He took an oath as a DR to care for his patients and he absolutely does not!!! My NEW eye Dr was able to diagnose that YES, I do suffer from Keritosis. It took 3.25 minutes to put the dye in and look at my eyes and see the damage to my cornea. Medication has been prescribed and I feel so much better. I would strongly suggest not ever going to DR. Wilson!!!!!! Be warned"
"I been going here since 2011, never had any problems.. I take my kids to him also and he does a great job and remembers his patients. He noticed I had some big changes to my vision, soon I found I was battling Grave's Disease which affects your vision at times. I truly recommend this place."
"Ive always had a great experience here. I've been going here for yrs now my babies are being seen there also."
"I called earlier today to make an appointment for getting my prescription(?) for contacts. The girl I spoke with told me that (after looking at my prescription) they would likely need to order a pair, because they wouldn't have it in stock. I asked if there would be an extra charge for that, and she told me: no. However, I'd have to wait for them (obviously.) After I finish my appointment with the doctor, he sent me to order my contacts, because they didn't have them in stock. Then, I found out that I had to pay over $120 for a 6-month supply. When I pointed out that I was told I would get a trial pair included in the fee, and they would probably have to order them because what they have wouldn't match, I asked for a refund. But, I was instead given a trial pair that was unlikely to correct my vision properly. He explained why it wouldn't make sense for them to order the contacts for me and give me a trial pair... That's not my fault! The girl I spoke with gave me bad information, and the doctor wouldn't make it right."
