"I've seen Dr Wilson at Walmart on LaCrosse for years. He's easy to work with. The women in the front area who sell glasses are nice. However his receptionist Joni is horrendous to deal with. Just nasty. I will go elsewhere because of her. I will buy my glasses and contacts from Walmart on Stumer Road. Sasha and the other employees there are knowledgeable and kind. That matters."
"They put someone else's prescription in my lenses and frames I paid for and were not cheap! No apologies from the rude lady working and was just told it was someone else fault she named to blame instead of taking responsibility for herself and the company, and told me my glasses will be here in about 10days. After I get my glasses, I will never come here again."
"Brandy was very helpful and kind. I had a lot of questions and Brandy took the time to answer them. The vision center was also short staffed the day I went in, but Brandy was able to give me the help I needed and I appreciated the extra time and help she gave me with making sure my glasses were comfortable."
