"I contacted Pearl Vision for a routine checkup. I accepted an appointment at 10 am on the 22nd of August. I showed up at the office, like I usually do, about 30 minutes ahead of the appointment. I checked in and did paperwork etc. I sat in the waiting area. I watched as the time passed 10am. I still waited. Receptionist never acknowledged that there was a delay until well after 1030. I continued to wait (I am very patient). Finally about 1045am I see someone who looks like the Dr (MLH). She was with another person. Into the back they went. I waited another 30 minutes and finally got called into the exam room. The Dr (MLH) seemed rushed. I got a very fast exam, which made me feel unsure that the results were correct. To my recollection there was no apology. I felt the service was very unprofessional."
