"Honestly, it was great when I started but the past year they nose dived. My provider randomly left BMS and I didn't find out until my appointment and I was rescheduled with someone I didn't know. I loved my first recovery coach but she left to go back to school, however my new one has failed in every way. I saw her once in person and ever since then I haven't been able to get an appointment. All of them were supposed to be virtual zoom / over the phone at specific times, and she never calls. When I call for my appointments, she doesn't answer and it took her several days to get back to me just to reschedule, just to miss this one too. I've been with them now for over 2 years, and they genuinely disappointed me. Avoid them if you have other options."

"The last two in a half years that I went there before I flat out quit. My last case manager would always tell me "If you need anything, just give my a call", therefore I would call her when my mental status was lowering. It would 95% of the time, be a week later to a week in a half, before she would return my call. When I needed her the most, she was not there for me.For the most part, every time we would meet she would tell me "You Got This", when I needed her help working through situations the most"

"I need to get out of BMS. It has always been awful but even worse since Covid started. I have been in constant crisis. The CNP I see spends four minutes with me every two weeks, forgets refills and new prescriptions unless the latest one came from the vendor. She hasn't ordered Labs for years, has cut me off cold turkey of a medicine that helps my severe anxiety. Doesn't care about side effects butonly about sleep. Has asked "What can I do for you today" and earlier this year told me "I was too young and too nice of a guy to feel this", seems to very little about Psychiatry, will take you off a med that's working for whatever the name brand pharmy gives her". I hav gained and lost weight in extremes and she doesn't blink an eye. Barely knows what you are taking or who cares. Never bothers to see if you're in an emergency. Since Covid has started it has gotten even worse. They won't help me navigate the resources I need not just to die.l am about to lose my medical coverage, housing, employment and no one does a thing. I beg of people they consider "higher functioning" to start coming forward with how little they care." I guess if you're poor and mentally ill they enjoy keeping you in Hell and unable to find peace. Absolutely appalling. Please come forward fellow clients and share your stories. I'm trying desperately to get help elsewhere but it's becoming impossible. I am scheduled to see the CNP again next week but there is no way I can go They have treated me like a Guinea Pig for years. Help!"
