"Very unprofessional. Refused to call with results concerning lab work and radiology results. I had to continually ask to have lab and scanning done to be sure there were no issues. Doctors brushed off my concerns and I had to continually ask for a recheck on labs. Was told that the female body is complicated so they can't know what is wrong and that my pain is probably related to female issues, was told this by a female doctor. Go somewhere else, this hospital is very unprofessional and unwilling to help."

"What can I say except it’s terrible. If you can afford it, go somewhere else, because it will save you a lot of time. Other doctors and hospitals will listen to you the first time. I’ve lived in five states, had numerous health care providers, and yet I have never had to immediately reschedule an appointment with another doctor to actually get some help. As seen in another review, I would give this place zero stars if I could as Chadron Clinic is an embarrassment to any self-respecting healthcare institution."

"I absolutely adore my doctor, she's easy to get along with and very helpful. I see there are a lot of complaints/bad reviews here but honestly i'm not sure why. Compared to Gordon where I live, this clinic and its doctors are 100% more competent. The only thing I do have a complaint about is the receptionists don't even get to the phone before the answering machine picks up sometimes. I've never talked to a rude receptionist but they do take forever to answer the phone"
