"I was very disappointed with Megan Bach, AuD. I went for hearing test 1st part of March. I used my UHC advantage card and she got her payment according to UHC advantage website. Made appointment to talk over options of hearing aids two weeks later. Went to appointment and she tells me that my insurance does cover hearing aids but they don’t use UHC advantage. What?????? She then gave me a sheet with how much different ones will cost. The truth is they were not going to make enough profit by going through my insurance. Good old greed!!!!"

"My son has seen Dr. Christensen for his ear tubes and the experience has been exceptional. Dr. Christensen is kind and very knowledgeable. It is simple to call and speak with a member of their staff and scheduling is a breeze. Highly recommend!"

"Would not recommend seeing Dr. Howard. I no longer trust him. My daughter had her 3rd set of tubes put in by him. He told me he would take out the old set and put in the new. Come to find out later, one of her ears still have the old tube in it as well as the new tube. When I mentioned it to Howard at her checkup he immediately said "Absolutely not. You don't put two tubes in the same ear." He then looked in her ears again and still said no. After that appt, myself as well as others looked in her ear and there are two tubes in her ear. If a mom can spot it a dr can't miss it. I understand people make mistakes but do not lie to me about it!! And it front of a nurse and a student that was shadowing him. No more trust and I moved to a different ENT. At the new ENT he confirmed there was two tubes in the same ear and that this is the second time recently its happened. Choose a different ENT."

"I was so disappointed in the staff and doctors at WRENT. I went in with an issue, and they dismissed me like there was nothing wrong with me, they don't listen!! They just wanted the money, and "needed" to see me every 2 weeks, with no changes in anything. The Speech Therapist they made me see, was strange and he did nothing to help my issue. Yet I "needed to come back in 2 weeks" I am so glad I stopped going back. This place is a joke."

"5 stars for Dr Howard! He is amazing. His staff recognized I needed to be seen asap and got me in. Dr. Howard is very knowledgeable, prescribed immediately and referred me for necessary treatment at the hospital. I'm thankful for his straight forward kindness, wisdom and professionalism."
