"I was a referral and the weather was bad the person. who did scheduling was rude I had to call twice just to get scheduling! She scheduler was rude to me when I explained to her I had to call twice to reschedule !, and (I wasn’t happy for them to not be connected the first time but the second time the phone rang and rang in scheduling. the first person who directs calls was a Nice agent and informed me she was trying to get someone to pick up and it was another 5:00 minutes before the scheduler stopped bsing with the guy next to her! Then when she was looking for new rescheduled appointment she said I was rude to her and left with dead air and was still connected and not talking I told a friend who was at my home heard her attitude, I then asked “are you there? “ she replied I’m looking for an appointment! Which took her another 5 minutes, She gave me one , I was very upset, and I just hung up I was mad, and upset by her attitude She needs to be reprimanded for her attitude and start focusing on clients and not talking to the person next to her! I don’t know how many schedulers you have? But I was not impressed with the one I was talking to on phone! I do want supervisor to contact me - incharge of scheduling Thank you! Ms. J. Williams"
