"Needed more help in the office and had a schedule interviewed everything went fine said they would get back to me about the job(wether or not I got it) within the week….been a month now. No wonder they can’t get any decent help, won’t even bother to call someone and let them know they didn’t get the job. Very unprofessional."

"Such a complaint here. They have the market on just general practice here in Rapid; so they can be choosy about their clientele. I think their doctors are young and inexperienced. The front office staff is a nightmare and won't do the work to make sure your visit is covered or explained as to why its not covered; even if you are ready to pay more then your co-pay. Then when you catch them in a spot where they didn't do their part as the provider, you end up dealing with the aftermath. Such a disappointment."

"Worst front desk I have ever dealt with. They made me feel insignificant and wanted all my details up front. Not sure I should have to explain that to anyone else but the doc. There was absolutely no sympathy/empathy. I wish the Docs knew this."

"I have been a nurse for 21 years and this clinic is not acceptable. Front desk is extremely rude, especially the man working there. He rolled his eyes at us and acted like we were inconveniencing him just for wanting to change our insurance. When calling for an appointment, everyone sounds upset that you're calling. When I tried getting my daughter in for an appointment, I was told a nurse would call me back and then was told to go to urgent care instead of being asked more questions about her condition. I was told by her nurse that Dr. Kapsch is very popular and hard to get into (what an odd thing to say), but she had an appointment a week later, so she can't be that "popular". Dr. Kapsch didn't make any eye contact with my husband and asked questions only to his ex-wife when they brought in their child. She does not have a comforting demeanor. After having my child taken care of at urgent care, they called me twice wanting a follow up, but what's the point? Urgent care did their job. I'd rather my veterinarian see my daughter than anyone in this clinic."

"I have been taking my family to Creekside for the last 7 years. The whole family loves Dr. Phillips, and his amazing nurse, Danielle. Together they make such an amazing team by providing excellent care to my family. I truly cannot say enough about the both of them. They really go above and beyond what would be expected of medical providers. The clinic is beautiful, with a warm and homey feel. The front desk staff has changed over the years, but have always been kind and accommodating. I especially love their current front office team. A very fun and personable, yet professional group of people."
