"Urgent care doctor Janelle isnt willing to help. When you want to see your regular doctor and can’t get in; urgent care is your only option. She is rude and disrespectful. Made me feel like I was a complete waste of her precious day. Wasn’t willing to prescribe any kind antibiotics even after being sick for a month and both my kids have infections. She was unwilling to help with any medications or vitamins to help get better for this mom. Think this tall dark haired female would benefit as a doctor if she listened and wanted to help her patients not just tell them theirs nothing she can do."
"I've never been so much a nice facility not only is the Hospital nice but it is also very clean. The staff are so nice and are welling to help in any way possible. Although I am not a Tribal Resident of SD the staff were very welcoming. So glad I don't have to drive all the way back to NM to be seen. Thank you guys very much. I will be coming here for all my medical needs"
"Hello, I wanted to write this review on provider "JANELLE GERBER DING". She was the provider that day in urgent care. From the moment I saw her she had a smile on her face and her mind made up. I went for a UTI on that Sunday, and also the Sunday on week prior to seeing her (The previous time was a different provider). I didn't feel the Macrobid prescription from the 1st appointment the week prior had cleared away the pressure I was having in my urethra, and I needed something else to clear it. Do to the urine test results and the invasive catharizing "she" needed, she still did not have a 5d mindset, nor understanding of symptoms. She did not listen to me (her client), even if results did not prove anything. I did see a more empathetic doctor that did understand UTI's and their medications, and that New Dr. who was 'not from Oyate' prescribed me a different medication(Bactrim) for 5 more days to take and my UTI pressure has now been resolved. I do think she definitely needs more training when it comes to her lack of empathy, knowledge on meds, and honestly what poor narcissist behavior can do for her role in healthcare and people in general. Community and health are two very important things not to mess with. All I wish in 2024, is for her to be shown the same amount of kindness as she has treated others in 2023, as well as any other harm she has caused this community based off her own projections of self, false perceptions, and lack of knowledge unwilling to explore. Someone like that, shouldn't have a job there or anywhere. She should clearly be doing something else with her lacking gifts, and needs to more professionally be able to communicate and not judge others. The patient should feel safe enough, and heard enough to not have to have their spouse present in order to feel heard."
"I set my appointment a week in advance an i had no waiting between arrival, labs, an radiology. I feel whom i interacted with are really trying to make the visit comfortable. Then my medication was ready within the said time. Too busy to answer the phone after 4pm however I'd call between 8-11am"
"Took my son in today and he was treated so poorly! The nurse had him so upset we left and went to monument. Dr was great wish he would've stayed in room w my son while this nasty nurse was being so rude! Usually they are great but this nurse judged him by his looks and not caring the pain he was in. Very disappointed"
