"My throat has been swollen for 6 days now and no signs of getting better no matter what I try and I havnt been eating or drinking because the pain is so bad when I try to swallow, I tried to set up an appointment, called them and got told "There are no times available today" and then they hung up on me and didnt even try to schedule an appointment just hung up on me, unfortunetly my insurance right now only works for this specific health center because I tried to go to Urgent Care and they told me I would have to get a referral from a Dr. At this specific place before I can even get looked at anywhere else, but it's hard to make an appointment with a health center that does not care for Rapid's Health and will hang up on you if you try to schedule anything. Never going here again and I highly do not reccomend it, try anywhere else."
