"I had the best experience with you! I came in sick thinking that it would be just another long wait, then when a doc would come in, a quick discussion here is your diagnosis and get out. But I was total wrong! I was treated like an actual person was asked lots of questions from the beginning, reseptionist to nurse to doc. until I felt like all my questions were answered and then the doctor asked if I had any questions. She explained everything to me and what I will expect for the next 3 weeks and if there are any changes to come back right away.
