"Monument Health Referred my mother here. His secretary phoned us then denied calling us in the beginning. I offered to take a screenshot to show her she did indeed call us to schedule. When we went to the appointment, the doctor was on time. He did not wash (or gel) his hands before he began and coughed on his hands in the session - wearing no gloves. He removed a callous which was not open or bleeding. He did offer education related to the callous - how to prevent them. Short of the lack of hygiene, he did take good care of my mother’s foot."
