"Wasn’t the best experience I’ve had at monument. The nurse was great but the communication from the doctor was not great. We had a simple appointment for a strep/covid/influenza test. Went in at 8am and never received any information until after 2pm on results. Putting a parent on pins and needles on a quick test for over 6 hours is a bit frustrating. I will continue to take my children to black hills pediatrics in Rapid city."
