"We were traveling in a motorhome, and our dog was drinking excessive water and having accidents, and also eating excessively. We called Southern hills and they took her in in one day. We had to leave her there and they worked her in between other customers. They found a uti, and also diabetes! We were very surprised and they were very good about explaining everything to us. We now have her on insulin twice a day, and she was on a antibiotic also. She is feeling much better! It's very scary having something go wrong while on the road and I can't thank them enough for the caring way they took care of her and to us! I would recommend them to anyone!"
"We were in Custer on vacation from Texas when our 17 year old Bassett Hound got very sick. We didn't have an appointment but this clinic took us in immediately. Everyone at the clinic was so kind and friendly. Sadly our buddy didn't make it. As heart broken as we were, the compassion that was showed to us eased our pain.
