"Dropped off 1 slack, 6 blazers, 1 trench coat and 1 gown. They wanted to make me sign a disclaimer stating they are not responsible for any damages because they wash gowns in washing machine. I asked, do you not steam clean? Both the ladies looked at each other, said yes we do. But then said, we will ask our manger. The manager/owner called me and said I could come pick up ALL my things because they didn't think they could get them cleaned for me. Just because I asked them to steam clean my dress and I refused to sign a form that holds them responsible for damaging my things. They will not dry clean ANY of my things. Shipley's Garment Spa Cleaners is FALSE ADVERTISING!"

Once we found Shipley’s, we were ecstatic! Clothes have been ready when promised, cleaned and pressed according to instructions! They even have pickup and delivery if needed! You will not be disappointed!"

"Good location. They don't accept responsibility for items they lose. I wrote down how many items I dropped off and what they were. This has happened before and I never recovered my lost items. Even with writing it down they argued with me that they didn't have it written down. When they press pants they don't line up the seam. Items are frequently not ready when they say they will be ready. Prices are relatively high."

"I would have to say I have had a ok experience with Shipley's until this last drop off, I dropped of three shirts and had only one at pick up. you better make sure you know how many items they write down when you drop your clothing off, and what really makes me upset is that they make it seem that I did not drop three off, I am sure I know how many pieces off clothing I drop off. they have not called me once to even say we are still looking.."
