"I was told the service was for 3 months during the summer but was all year. Bills went up at home and we could no longer afford the service. Service fee was implied to pay for all three months not per visit. After the year of service it auto renewed despite us letting them know we didn’t want any of their appointments. Cancelled the service and they want to charge more than a service fee to click buttons on their computer. The door to door sales felt pressured as well. They do fine spraying but $160 is ridiculous to cancel. They send that to collections too."
