We identify individuals with a passion for tackling tough problems and provide them with certification to industry standards. Through our connections with grass-roots innovators, industry, and academic partners, we aim to bring innovative solutions to scale.

Our motto is "Think big, start small, scale fast." We host events like the Striker Spark Sprint where innovators can pitch their ideas directly to leaders who can support their implementation. Ideas that are not selected during these events can receive support through the AFWERX Refinery program, which pairs innovators with experts in contracting, legal, and program management.
