"Absolutely ridiculous. I call because I have a painful cyst- that is a reoccurring issue and the soonest I can be seen is over 45 days away. The last cyst required a medical procedure, and your suggestion is to go to Urgent Care----- I have a fear that it is cancerous and the fact that it is reoccurring and I was told to call if it came back--yet you don't transfer me to the nurse. I would expect this from Monument Health--- guess this isn't the answer for quality healthcare for this area."
