"ABSOLUTELY AWFUL. Worst lab experience in my life. Waited several minutes to be greeted and assisted, but no front desk staff at the desk. I had to call the number from inside the lobby to get someone upfront after I had done a self check in at the kiosk. After that, I handed the front desk worker my form, and she said that they could not see me without a stamp, identifying the referring institution. I got my primary care manager on the phone who said he has sent many patients, and that his NPI number is sufficient to identify where he practices. She refused to provide service for me. I will be going to Sanford for all future lab work, and I would recommend you do the same."
"Fast friendly service. Best blood drive ever had. Got in and out very quickly and paid half of what I paid my doctor last year for the same lab work"
"I totally agree with the previous post before mine, the front desk lady is extremely rude! Very short and mimimal direction. I don't think she likes her job."
"Went in today due to my ob sending me here to check levels. I've never been here before and don't know how to check in on the kiosk and the woman at the front dest was extremely rude. I tried asking for help but apparently she had better things to do on her cellphone. Worst service I've EVER received"
"Science says: "6' distancing turns out to be completely random and ineffective." Science says: "Masks are completely ineffective at impacting the spread of COVID-19." Science says (or math, you pick,): "The places most vulnerable to shootings are places where firearms are prohibited." And I'm to trust them to give me scientifically accurate blood test results. And: it's a "walk-in" facility where "walk-in" was unavailable. We are lost."
