Rushmore Candy Company is the largest candy store in South Dakota, located at 9815 U.S. 16, Rapid City. With a wide selection of candies from old-school jawbreakers to modern pucker powders, chocolate-covered pickles, and more, we cater to all sweet tooth cravings. Established in 2021, we have been serving customers year-round with our diverse range of treats. Our sister store, Candyland, is located in Three Forks near Hill City.
Our store boasts over 80 flavors of Saltwater Taffy, 21 colors of M&Ms, 48 flavors of Jelly Belly beans, 100 soda flavors, ice cream, coffee beans, and various homemade goodies like chocolate-covered strawberries, caramel apples, and fudge squares. Nostalgic candies and locally made treats are also available, bringing back childhood memories for many.
Situated in the Black Hills, our 13,000 square feet store offers a patio for guests to enjoy their treats on sunny days and cozy indoor seating for colder weather. "This was one of the most impressive shopping establishments I have ever been to! The entire experience is sure to leave to grinning from ear to ear. I originally came to Rushmore Candy to ask for a donation for the non profit I represent. When I came back to pick up the basket full of candy they had put together for us, I brought one of my kids. We had a blast walking the store and shopping. It was clean and arranged so well! The prices were affordable and easy to figure out for the candy sold by weight. We will definitely be back!!!"
