They're not like other liquidation stores that inflate the msrp showing to make you think you're getting a good deal when in reality you aren't. The fresh baked goods are delicious and very affordable! Check out is quick and easy, and the 7-day return policy is nice as well. Natalie had a pleasant disposition, which caps off this great visit! "I purchased two board games from this store via their online marketplace a few months ago. These were games that I previously played with friends and I was excited to own my own copy. Over the last couple of weeks I finally got an opportunity to play both games with local friends. I was stunned to discover that BOTH games I purchased were pirated versions. The quality of these pirated versions is severely lacking and no where near the original editions. Additionally, pirated versions do not support the game producers, who work very hard to create board games that everyone love. I am extremely disappointed with this store for selling pirated copies. To my knowledge, there is no way to rectify this situation other than me buying the games directly from the producer. I know this store buys their trucks blind and it is impossible to know where these games came from and their overall quality when they arrive, but this store needs to do a better and more thorough job of ensuring they are not selling pirated copies and if they choose to sell them, the price needs to clearly reflect the product they actually have. I will no longer be purchasing ANY board game(s) from this store and I discourage anyone else from doing so as well."

"I can't say enough about how I love the shopping experience now from the transition from Crate to Blue Spruce Mercantile! I can still shop the discounted crate merchandise everyday, but without the frenzy! And the discounts on the other now higher quality merchandise of 40% to 70% off is incredible! The best part is being able to find items on shelves too!! I LOVE the new experience! I never leave without a purchase."

"Loved the former Crate, they had to make a change to keep going as a business though. Definitely weren't getting the quality stuff like they used to on the trucks so change had to happen! I love the environment more now. Less stressful for me, a more calm shopping experience. Got a great deal on a Ninja coffee maker which we needed anyway. Price compared to other retailers and BSM were significantly lower. The owners and staff are so sweet."
