"For 16 years, I have been buying my work boots from these guys. I’ve only had issues 2 times and both times, the main salesman there has given me a hard time. Today was the last straw. This guy that works here is horrible with customer service. He’s snide with no tact and will not stand by the product he’s selling. He’s quick to find any other reason why the boot failed and really wants nothing to do with you after the sale. I’m switching brands and will spread the word to everyone else that buys here."

"First off My family has purchased over 6 pairs of shoes from this location. I walked in a prior week to purchase another but they dont carry them any more. I talked very nice gentleman about my upland boots I said the had been great for the last 4 years. But it was time for an wax and a new pair of laces. With out hesitation the gentleman said bring them in we can take care of them no problem. THIS IS THE CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE KNOW ABOUT FOR THE LAST 30 YEARS OF EVEN MY FATHER BUYING RED WING... NOW comes the problem when I come in later with the boots, there is lady at counter I said I was told to bring these back. I stated I was going hunting in 2 days will they be ready? She says maybe 2-3 days. I Asked again well Im Leaving in 2 days will they be ready? Again she says I dont know.. maybe but you can purchase the wax over there if you like. I was completely put off by her lack of being able to answer a simple yes or no question or want to help work them in. Not the customer service I came back for and why I like to shop LOCAL.."

"I've been buying the same Worx boots for about 12 years now, and the gentleman who assisted me asked if I would be interested in trying something different. He presented me with a few options that he thought I might like. After trying them on, he suggested trying on a new pair of my same old boots. I ended up going with my same style boots, but greatly appreciated him taking the time to show me something else he thought I might like better. Plus, the dude was funny to boot (pun intended). I've been a fan of Tim and his team for over 10 years and this new guy seems to be a great addition."

"I purchased my husband a pair of Red Wing iron ranger boots for Christmas at this location. He is very particular about his shoe fit size and his shoes in general so I really wanted to make sure we got the right size. To avoid any confusion I had him come in and try him on with me The sales representative was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the shoes. My husband ended up deciding on a size too large. After wearing them around at the house he realized they were too large so we took them back into exchange them for half a size smaller. If you read around and look online everyone says these Red Wing boots run about a half size to a full size larger than other shoes. We have found this to be true. My husband ended up trying both pairs on and spending quite a long time deciding on which size he liked more, after some deliberation he decided on half a size smaller than he generally wears. We highly recommend this location A++"
