"I only have experience with online orders for pickup at the store. As a blue collar worker this is not my typical place to shop. I ordered some collared shirts for nice occasions, and I did an order for pickup so I wouldn't have to find the shirts on the rack. I recieved an email with instructions when it was ready to be picked up. I was to go to the pickup station and look for the bin with the number provided in the email. There were signs in the store directing me to the pickup station, which is just a large collection of bins and baskets near an aisle. My items were in the correct numbered bin, in a bag with my name on it, and the bag was tied shut so nothing could fall out but I could check the order before leaving. It was very simple and the employees were friendly."
