"The recent renovation is outstanding!!! We stay here a couple of times a year for sporting events. The staff is great. The rooms are always clean and comfortable."

"Was good hotel. Wasn't the most comfortable beds I've slept on but it was good, showers could've been warmer tho. Breakfast was really good. Price was a little steep, definitely paid cheaper for better. Atmosphere in lobby was loud, somewhat dirty maybe. Very busy weekend with events so understandable."

"One of the reasons I want to stay here is because it’s super convenient having a basic breakfast. They are almost never on time with when they have it. There is always a crowd of people waiting. Once a week someone gets out there and has the breakfast they say star at 6:30 start almost at 6:30"

"Staff are amazing, friendly and accommodating. Helped us match the online price of the room from the Marriott website and saved us a few dollars. Rooms are very clean, well decorated; feels modern and cozy. We will stay here every time we visit Rapid!"

"When we checked in, our room keys didn't work after going back to reception 3 times. After running around the hotel for 20 minutes, we finally got into another room. Our room's smoke detector had a blindingly bright flashing light every ten seconds - hurt my eyes to look at it. And the doors let a lot of hallway light through. The pre-made waffles at breakfast were dryer than the Sahara in a drought. I doubt they were fresh. The staff were all very kind and accommodating, but I wouldn't recommend anyone stay here."
