"I asked if the new egg bites were gluten-free, the young lady told me no. I asked her if there was breading in them, she said uh I just can't explain it. I was the only person in line. I pulled up and googled the ingredients. They are in fact gluten free. I tried to call back and let them no. No one answered the phone. And there was still no one in line. A little effort would have went a long way and also made a sale."

"Hello Scooter Team, I wanted to share my recent experience with you. The individual who handled my order wasn't very polite. Despite placing my order through the app and arriving at the window for pickup, she insisted I needed to stop by the menu board to communicate my order again. This left me puzzled, as I had already placed my order online and paid for it. Furthermore, I felt uncomfortable when, after placing my order at the menu board, the person at the window asked for a tip. I've never encountered this practice at other drive-throughs, and it made me reconsider why I chose to order through the app in the first place. Unfortunately, this rude service has left me with a negative impression of Scooters, both in terms of customer service and the online app experience. As a result, I won't be returning to your establishment. Scooter need to consider this review."
