"Ordered online. Tried to call about 2 out of 6 items missing and no one would answer. Spent the last hour trying to get my 4 year old his chicken sandwich but they made it so calling goes straight to vm. I work at a place I can bring my kids with and due to being at work can't leave to go talk to them myself in person until later. I'm going to be getting my money back and blocking them from having access to my card and will never use bk ever again. Customer service was no help either....here's 10 bucks but it doesn't cover ordering one sandwich to replace the 2 and get it delivered. Not the only problem I've had from them lately. This is the last straw for me. And I have record of all the calls and how it goes...well not even to a voice-mail just hangs up after "no one is available to take your call good bye""

"Decided to try out new BK app and ordered food for pickup tonight and I must say I was less than impressed! App was extremely slow and somewhat confusing not to mention the fact that the night supervisor herself didn't have a clue! Never got my free up size promotion, was shorted crown reward points, whopper was made incorrectly(who puts cheese under the party), shake was pretty much liquid, supervisor was very confrontational about questions/issues and offered no help, she argued with me at order board and when done let me sit there until there were 3 vehicles behind us before telling us such and never did tell us to drive forward until I asked! Was really disappointed, place is usually better however I do know 1 thing, the crypto rewards definitely aren't worth the time and hassle!"
