"Good place to stay. Swimming pool PH seems off. The sliding doors from the rooms to the pool area are hard to open and need to be repaired thoroughly. New restaurant is open late which is good. Service is good. This year's trip there was puddles of water everywhere. Overall good experience."

"Showed up to check in and staff gave zero info on where anything was, breakfast, restaurant.. nothing, just handed over the key card and went silent. Zero effort or interest in their job. Tried to throw away trash from a six hour ride and ALL the outdoor trash cans were full. Went upstairs to take bags in and two cleaning staff had a dozen or more rooms open and had ours tore apart.. mind you this is almost an hour after check in time. Toilet seat had stains, luckily we carry lysol wipes and just cleaned it ourselves. Carpets are stained and wet in both hallway and rooms. The entire second floor smelled like charcoal smoke as if someone was grilling in their bathroom. Sheet had a large section of rips and didn't smell clean. No microwave in room, walls paper thin. TV from two decades ago with only a few cable channels and a joke of a remote. Wi-fi was out pretty much the whole time. Outlets were super loose, phones couldn't charge. For what we paid a night and an extended stay, I'd expect a bare minimum of service/cleanliness. Their staff need to slow down and actually do their job. If they can't perform, let them go. I'm not the only one that's reviewed with these issues."

"Had a pretty good time. My biggest compliment is that the pool was nice and warm. My husband and I were able to tolerate it for hours of fun with our son. Normally hotel pools are so cold. Room was neat and tidy and had all the necessary items we needed. Wasn't noisy from traffic or people. Good place to stay."
