"Where do I start. Everytime I go to this Taco Bell they ALWAYS forget something. For example tonight, I ordered 4 hard shells, 1 soft, and a bean burrito. Yet I got 3 hard shells and no bean burrito. Like I said this happens EVERYTIME. I work in the food industry and it’s not that hard to get an order right."

"Order DoorDash ask for no tomatoes on my Mexican pizza they put extra tomatoes. They did not send the drink order chips and cheese. They didn’t send the chips but the cheese."

"We have been here a few times, but this last time was the worst experience I ever had. We placed an online order, and didn't receive it until 20 minutes AFTER it was scheduled (we even pushed the I am here button and received a text that it was done). After talking to the person, he didn't even tey to make things better. We finally got our meal, and noticed some of it was missing. I don't know what had happened, and no it wasn't busy, but maybe some training in hospitality would be helpful to the manager and staff."

"More sauce in the bag then meat. Also my husbands burrito had more cheese than anything else and mine had more rice than anything else.... it was the SAME BURRITO! go to any other taco bell in rapid if you want meat in your taco. These people can't do their job at all. Update: They still suck.... staff is horrible at giving you your mobile orders. You'll be lucky if they remember your drinks. Me and the other people picking up all didn't get our drinks."

"Come on guys…just the minimum amount of effort please? One warm taco, two cold stale ones with sour cream blobs. quesadilla had no sauce and was cut in a ‘unique’ way…. Pics say it all."
