"Waited at counter for awhile looked up in mirror there were two people in the back one sitting on counter and the other sitting on a bucket. Both on their phones.finally the girl came out.. she was rude. She threw all the ingredients in a pile in the middle of my sandwich. I had to rearrange them to eat my sandwich. The boy with the hair hanging in his face finally came out. Neither washed their hands. Both were rude as hell! The tables were dirty crumbs all over the floor.i won't be back!!"

"They say they close at 9pm but close an hour early! Very inconvenient espically just getting off work and having to get some things from Wal-Mart thinking I can grab some food on the way out but no he said he was " closing up " . I was tired hungry and just wanted something hot and ready. Will not go there again."

"Pretty disappointed. Had my wife bring me a sub to work and this is what they call a roast beef sandwich. Pathetic. Almost no meat at all."

"On 09/03/23 I went to subway on Stumer, when I had got there I greeted the young lady with a smile and all and she just wasn’t too happy to be servicing me. I'm guessing it was because I interrupted her time with her family she was sitting with but whatever the reason was she has no right to act that snobby to a customer. My problem is when all of it was done and I left I was eating my food and noticed the sandwich tasted funny like a sour taste, I opened the sandwich up and the lettuce was brown and the tomatoes were soggy and the meat had a funny smell to it. I called and the guy that was the manager sounded irritated that I called and told him about my food so I had asked to leave a callback number for the GM and he said ‘well I’m the manager that won’t be necessary so I’ll handle it.’ So I just agreed to let him because he was gonna refund my money back and never did. The service there hasn’t changed and I don’t think it will! This is probably the worst subway location to eat at!"

"DONT NOT GO HERE IF THERE IS MORE THAN ONE PERSON IN LINE. I went in on sunday 9/11/2022 for lunch. She toasted my sandwich without asking me, it ended up burning it badly (see pictures). When she was wrapping up my sandwich i made the comment “wow thats really burnt” without skipping a beat she said “Yup” and continued to wrap it up. It was hard as a rock when i got home so i took everything out tossed the bread and made a wrap at home (thank god i had tortillas at home)…this is the first time the staff had zero personality at this location (will not be returning to that location)."
