Panera Bread

"I ordered at the counter, I was going to pay in cash cause why not? The guy that took my order was super rude about it, he stated he couldn’t take cash because “we are too busy” Too busy to accept cash payment? Seemed like a lame excuse. I still paid but I was rather irritated with the fact this guy couldn’t take cash due to “being too busy”"

"I don't know what's been happening, but 9 out of 10 times they forget SOMETHING in my order. The food itself is okay, but for the price, I would appreciate a double check of the bag, or maybe the workers need to slow down when processing orders. This would be the third time they have forgotten something. The first 2 times it was the entire half of my order, and luckily enough I noticed before leaving the parking lot."

"Absolutely love Panera soups overall my favorite thing there! Everything else I've had there is amazing as well, drinks, pastries, pizza, sandwiches they always have something good, fresh and healthy to choose from. The restaurant is always clean and quiet with available seating. Bathrooms are always clean and well maintained. As a former DoorDasher it was one of my favorite pickup spots because it is so well organized with an alphabetical pick up area and they provide a self service station for stickers to close bags, straws, cup holders and anything you may want to be an efficient and excellent delivery driver. Great place for family dinner out, quiet date night or a quick bite thru the drive thru. Parking kinda sucks but it's a very busy area. Highly recommend!"

"Went to this while out of state at the suggestion of my girlfriend. Just wanted to say it was my first Panera Bread visit, and I loved it. The staff was very fast and very friendly and the soups and sandwiches we all had were delicious. If I'm in Rapid City again, I'll go straight back!"

"I love Panera bread, I travel across the US. This is the only Panera bread location I hated. I bought sesame bagels and everything bagels yesterday. They were not good. The texture was so different than other bagels I get from Panera. I went there today again to see if it was only one time or they made bagels bad always. I ordered three sesame bagels. These are even worse than yesterday’s bagels. They were like cardboard, almost like bagels you get at Walmart. Whoever is making the bagels for this location does not know how to make bagels. They should let the bagel dough rise more before cooking so the bagels can be softer and have better texture. Also bagels from other Panera locations are shiny, this location bagels are not .
