"I called Marty on a Thursday morning and an hour later he is literally on the pavement in the parking lot under my classic Mustang taking a look at the issue. Damon comes out and drops what he is doing to help out as well. They resolved the main issue within a couple of minutes (car wouldn't go into park) and will be taking care of the rest when parts come in next week. You just don't see a business drop everything to attend to a first-time customer like that. The service I got from StraightLines was top notch, and they have gained my business for life. Knowledgeable employees and the best customer service. We are fortunate to have a business like StraighLines in the Sioux Falls area."
"Had a great experience. Zach new what I did not and could have charged much more. He explained and gave me a better fix that I asked for on my 1975 Continental project. Great Shop."
"I drove a 1966 Corvette to each state capital city in the lower 48 states in an attempt to set a Guinness Record and raise funds for Habitat-for-Humanity. The trip was 16, 600 miles long and around mile 11,000 the road took its toll on the car. I was in Sioux City and drove to Sioux Falls just because of what I read on the website for Straight Lines. I arrived in the morning and was on the road that afternoon with new ball joints and new front bearings. The entire team at Straight Lines got me on the road and back on schedule. Unfortunately, I had another problem on the way to Pierre and got towed back to Straight Lines the next day for another fix. Marty and Scotty worked until 4:30AM the next morning to get me back on the road. Everything was done at a fair price and fast. This is one of the luckiest stops I made on my trip. These guys know what they are doing and if they don't, they know someone to call who does. Great team, great service, great results. I can't thank Straight Lines enough."
"They do great body and paint work, however do not let them touch any other part of your vehicle!!! He claimed he installed a brand new carburetor (and charged us for one), however it turns out it was rebuilt instead (from the 70's), the fuel pressure regulator was a high pressure fuel injected version that was over powering the carburetor, wiring issues (we are on our fifth neutral safety switch), rear end issues, alternator issues, chunks of metal in the oil pan, engine smokes on startup. Ten's of thousands of dollars later and we are considering scraping this engine (which was supposedly completely rebuilt) and starting over new. These issues should not occur with a rebuilt engine!"
"This place is a rip off, paid 10's of thousands of dollars there!!!! Received my car and had to put it right back into the shop to the tune of over $15,000, to finish the work that they billed us for. Things like not bolting the fuel system to the frame, hooking up the parking brake, ETC. That is only a few of the problems, it came with the power steering system not working, yet they test drove and said it was all good. I was told it was drive off the trailer ready to go, so very funny that it spent 2 months in a high quality restoration shop in South Carolina. It had incorrect parts for the model which caused many other problems. This is a sad example of someone taking advantage of a bad situation, my father was on his death bed and could not keep a tight leash on the work being done, and they walked all over him. DO NOT USE THIS SHOP, find a different shop. He said that he would fix it if I shipped to car back to him at a cost of over $3000.00 dollars, never did he say that he would be willing to refund any of the money I paid him. I hope that someone from straighlines reads this and responds to it, at least I would hear back and maybe get a explanation, on why the job was done so poorly, because they surely will not return your phone call if mistakes are made. If anyone that reads thinks this a fake post I would be more than happy to send the bills from straightline and also the bills from the shop here, you will see a lot of repeat work."
