"Wednesday, October 27 evening we were experiencing some difficulties with our car starting. After stopping back at the Orielly store we figured out what the problem was. The staff at the store that evening were top notch customer service and went the extra mile to help us complete our trip from Kansas to SD. Highly recommended staff and store."
"Staff is pretty unprofessional. Finding help was like pulling teeth, then when I finally was helped the guy treated me like I kicked his dog. Answered a phone call on his personal phone while he was helping me, then proceeded to use obscene language in front of me. Openly bad mouthed corporate to another customer and wasn’t following the facial covering policy as the company stated. Pretty bottom of the barrel staffing. I’ll take my business elsewhere for the rest of this restoration and future restorations."
