"Wayyy overcharged on diagnostic alone. I had told the mechanic over the phone exactly what it needed and left a printed diagnostic sheet from oreilly. The guy completely dismissed this and then still charged $120 for the diagnostic in their shop just to tell me exactly what I told them. Unwilling to listen to customers. Won’t be going back."
