They were extremely friendly and helpful. Josh showed up from Rapid in less than an hour and a half (fast considering where I was). He was quick, professional, and courteous. "These guys were selected by my Roadside assistance. Shortly after receiving the message they were on the way they arrived. JD pulled in and was extremely friendly, kind, and courteous. He was knowledgeable and took his time making sure to secure the bike on the flatbed. Was a conversationalist as we drove the 20+ miles to the destination. Since we were going past the hotel I was able to drop my gear before leaving the bike at the shop. Pull up, bike delivered perfectly. JD was a great guy who took a bummer situation and turned it not so bad. As much as we enjoyed our time together I hope to not see him again. But if you are in need of tow in Rapid City and have a choice this would be a go to company."
