"DO NOT USE THIS PLACE!!! It is going on 5 weeks now and I'm still waiting for my vehicle after I was originally told it would be 2 weeks tops. They never inform you of anything so you're left in the dark wondering what's going on and it doesn't even make a difference to call because they never answer or call back when you leave a message. When you are able to speak with some one they ignore your concerns and act like this is to be expected. Poor quality customer service for high dollar. I haven't even received my vehicle back so hard telling if they actually do a good job but telling by the attitudes of the people I've spoke to out of that place I can bet they do not care. I am warning people not to go to them and learn from the headache they have been for me. I wish I could rate them lower. Extremely disappointed and I know they won't even have the decency to reach out or try to make things right."
