I was having some troubles with my machine, I got in touch with him and he was very quick to guide me along, as I live 320 miles from his shop. I didn’t have the knowledge or time to get it resolved, therefore I hauled it to his shop. The shop was very quick to jump on it and had it resolved immediately, I was impressed and the price was very fair! "Just want to give a big shout out to black hills UTV performance, our 21' 1000 xp turbo start acting up yesterday. We called him when we got back from our ride and was more then willing to look at it today with out any hesitation even willing to come get our sxs if it wouldn't fit in our enclosed trailer. When we got there today he took his time to find the problem was very knowledgeable at what he is doing, and was willing to give us pointers to do at home to keep our side by side running. Very incredibly nice family owned business. Recommend these guys definitely our new mechanic for ours! Thanks for fixing our machine today."

"Called in about our Can-Am that was in limp mode. The owner was out of town and we didn't end up bringing it in so I can't attest to the workmanship or pricing. HOWEVER, I forget the name of the guy I was talking to, but he was very helpful over the phone and suggested another place that could help us out sooner. He also texted me multiple times afterwards suggesting different things to try and fix our issue even though he wasn't going to get our business. Top notch customer service as far as I'm concerned."
