Sally Beauty 3550 New Center Point, Colorado Springs, CO 80922

"It’s kinda a shame, I use to always go to this one for years and everyone here was always super nice but, over the last year or so the staff has slowly become more and more rude, even to the point where I’m in the middle of dying my already very short pre-tone blonde hair and ran out of the product I needed, so I usually just pop into the store even if I’m half done and grab what I need, usually no judgment and than leave. This time around the girl who help me, was saying stuff before I walked, I could see her through the front window say, ‘omg her hair looks so awful, and when I went inside she faked being nice, and I honestly could see right through it. I grabbed the toner and tried to remain nice throughout the whole incident, maybe a bit stand-offish but I don’t think I was rude. When I had brought up that ‘I was toning the yellow out’ she expressed her ‘Oh thank god- that’s good, this stuff is great for that’ corrected herself halfway through and still was rude to me. I will not be coming back here as I have noticed they have gotten worse at customer service. I’ve been going to the same location for at least 4 years and this by far some of the rudest customer service I’ve ever experienced at this Sally’s. I am sorry the my hair offended you so much but, you didn’t have to make me feel worse over a half done white blonde…. :("

"I came in this morning excited to be at Sally’s beauty as I always shop online. I was greeted nicely by the cashier and asked her about an online promotion- she confirmed it was still on. We were shopping around having fun and browsing. Right as I was about to walk into the shampoo aisle an older blonde lady stopped me and said - may I help you with anything. I showed her all the stuff I was carrying and said I was good. Then she said - well did you need a shampoo. (I was stopped right before the shampoo aisle) I wanted to look at the shampoo products but her demeanor made me feel uncomfortable…. I’m upset because she stopped me in my tracks and made me feel like I was in the wrong for shopping. I like to look at the products myself I’m an introvert and enjoy peaceful interactions. How do I know what I need if I haven’t looked at it yet. If I did need help I can kindly ask the cashier whom I spoke with when I walked in.. the blonde lady was very aggressive in a suspicious way and not a helpful way. so after all of that I spent 90$ and we left… she ruined the shopping experience though. if I was able to shop around I would’ve chose more items to purchase. I’m never coming here to this location again."

"Third time in a row that the prices didn’t match the product. Sales that were listed were not honored. Super convenient since it’s by the house but disappointed I keep having the same issue with no resolve."

"Never coming back to this store. I came in to buy some hard gel and was only in the store for about 2 minutes max. Literally every 15 seconds, one of the workers would pass several people near me to come ask me I was still doing ok or if I needed anything... and that statement is not an over exaggeration at all. After about 45 seconds of being in the store, a worker (the bigger blond lady) came over and just stood next to me watching me until I walked away. I've never been to a store where I've felt this uncomfortable. And it was even more frustrating to see that I was the only person they were doing this to (everyone else was white btw). I'll be sure to just order my products on Amazon next time. If you're a poc, please stay far away from this store."

"Super uncomfortable experience. I love Sally's. I don't love being followed around like I'm shoplifting. (Taller blonde lady) As if that weren't bad enough. Half the shelves were empty. We walked out with nothing and won't be back."
