"Tried to bite my tongue on this one but I can’t anymore. Got my hair done a few months ago by JoJo, she DEFINITELY over processed my hair with bleach leaving it very brittle and weak especially on the back, lower part of my hair. She told me “try not to brush the back of your hair”, instead of just saying “I accidentally over processed it” and proceeded to charge me over $1,000 after quoting me for a little over $500. Obviously over time there has been TONS of breakage because of it. Also way too late to ask for a refund, but just thought I’d send out a warning."

"I was supposed to have an appointment with susan for lightening and getting color. She tried to tell ME my hair is dyed and unhealthy and it wouldn’t be able to handle lightner when i have virgin hair.. so i left and had someone else look at it later that day and they disagreed and said she’s either inexperienced or just didn’t wanna try. and i saw some other bad reviews about her so it makes sense. would not recommend going here"

"Susan is so rude she would not let Megan redo my hair or get a refund . It is nothing I wanted. At first they talked me out if the red lowlights I wanted saying it will bleed and get copper when they left my blonde brassy anyway.Then talked me into a brown and I said it was tooo dark and she said it would be lighter on my hair but it is black low lights . Around my face is still grey and straight line in back . The toner they used is ashy in some spots and brassy on others so disappointing paid 275.00 and they didn't understand my schedule is difficult being my husband is disabled.horrible customer service."
