"Recently visited this location. This is my 2nd time here within 6 months and both times I have not been greeted when I first walk in. During this visit, I asked for the price check on a dermalogica kit set that didn't have a price on it. The girl I asked to check the price acted like she didn't want to. The manager i assume came over to help her and she stated the price should've been on the sign, but it wasn't or obviously i wouldn't ask for the price. She was just rude to me. One young lady did ask me if i needed help, she was light skin with curly hair. Other than her, the other two ladies, they're rude and act like you're bothering them when you ask them questions. I spent over $100 at this store and for me not to receive adequate customer service is ridiculous. I'll be going to the other location."

"I called to inquire about nail items. I was told that I could buy things even if I wasn't licensed because I'm just looking for some nail stuff. I drove all the way down here to get it I don't live in town and then I was turned down by the girl who was extraordinarily rude. Thanks alot for wasting my time and gas and when people ask if you're open to public and don't have to have a license you should make sure you tell the truth"

"Hate that online prices don't match in store prices. Hate that store prices increased. Did not leave happy today. One employee couldn't have cared less about my concerns today either. Definitely not the treatment I'm used to."

"I walked in the other day having it only be my second time into the store. The power was off when I walked in yet several employees just stared at me as I walked in. I gave them a very confused look as to why the power was out yet no one said a thing. Confused I walked using my flashlight to find what I needed. No one came to help me and yet they all just stood at the front desk. When I finally found what I needed I stood at the checkout for a good 2 minutes with other another guest before they even acknowledged me. You really need to acknowledge people and help them out especially when whatever problems you're dealing with cause me to have to use my flashlight. Very unprofessional."
