"I purchased some ion permanent brights from Sally's that was supposed to have been blue and I turned it opened it up and it was white so I took it back and she said that I was supposed to have some toner with it and I said is the toner blue and she said no and I asked her if she could replace it with one that was blue and could I see it to make sure it was blue and she said since I didn't have my receipt it could not only not replace it but she couldn't let me open one to see if it was blue so I'm upset that I feel like I got ripped off and they have my phone number so they could have looked it up as far as the purchase do not recommend Sally's unless you like getting ripped off or not getting what you are supposed to get."

"Both ladies that were working tonight were very helpful and very eager to help me out and answered all.my questions. They were both very knowledgeable about the products I was asking about for a first time bleacher very informative. Definitely be back to this location for all.my hair care needs."

"Lady with tattoos was very rude and condescending. Even at the register when I bought my hair clippers she said you can't return these with an attitude. Like who tells you you can't return stuff as you're buying it aren't it makes me not want to go back to this store ever again horrible customer service"

"I've been a master stylist for 30 years. I've never had a problem with any Sally's beauty supply store. Their employees or the products. If your a professional you would love everything about Sally's and their customer service. If your going to make a review. Please don't bash the business because you arrived late or didn't allow your daughter to urinate before going there. Improper planning is not their fault. Sally's is a great place and great employees"
